Dieser 6 Tage-Intensivkurs ist verteilt auf 3 x 2 Tage und kann in Präsenz direkt an der Europäischen Fundraising Akademie in Berlin als auch im Fernstudium im digitalen Klassenraum via Internet absolviert werden.
 
Er behandelt den kompletten Zyklus eines EU-geförderten Projektes, von der Erstidee, über die professionelle Identifizierung des best geeignetsten EU-Förderinstrumentes, der professionellen Entwicklung eines Projektes entlang der von der EU geforderten Standards bis hin zur Erarbeitung eines bewilligungsreifen EU-Antrages.
 
Zwei Tage nehmen wir uns abschließend für das Projektmanagement bewilligter Projekte mittels der klassischen Standards nach PM² & IPMA. Das Thema Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Nachhaltigkeit wird dabei noch einmal besonders behandelt. Die 6 Tage sind einzelnd buchbar und werden komplett in englisch gehalten.
