Weprovide you with instruments and procedures for detailedplanning and managing of your project. The basics of projectmanagement like scheduling, process and resource planningwill provide you the knowledge you need to survive inevery day’s project work.A further focus is on following themes:- The 4 phases of project management- Contracting- Project monitoring and controlling- Communication in transnational partnerships.- Analysis of a real call for proposals and discussions ofpractical project ideasMoreover, you will learn how to professionally plan and implementtransnational project meetings. You will be acquiredwith the contractual framework in EU funded projectsand learn how to deal with amendments request by the managingauthority.Day 4 has a theoretical approach whereas day 5 focuses ongroup work and practical application of the acquired knowledge.We will analyse a real call for proposal and proceedwith the related practical work, as if we were really submittingan EU proposal.
